Campaign Review Process at Signal House

Creating and launching a 10DLC Campaign? At Signal House, we’re on a mission to ensure your campaigns fly through reviews—no turbulence, no surprise rejections, no unnecessary costs.

This guide walks you through how campaigns are reviewed, what statuses mean, and how to handle rejections like a pro.

Why Campaign Review Matters

When you submit a campaign, it goes through Signal House’s internal review before it’s passed to carrier partners (DCAs). Here’s why that matters:

  • 🚫 Avoid $15 Upstream Resubmission Fees

We reject and resubmit campaigns for free. Upstream carrier resubmissions cost $15—so let’s catch issues early.

  • Faster Approvals

We optimize your language, sample messages, and opt-in flow for first-time approvals.

  • 🔍 Human Review + Expertise

Carriers don’t explain much—we do. Our team gives you reasons, edits, and solutions.

Step 1: Signal House Review (Portal Campaigns)

We check:

  • Campaign description matches the Use Case

  • Clear opt-in and opt-out flow

  • Sample messages align with description and carrier policies

  • CTA (Call to Action) is valid and compliant

  • Website content is campaign-approvable (check what’s needed)

CNP Campaigns (Submitted as a CSP)

If you’re submitting as a Campaign Service Provider (CSP) and select Signal House as your Connectivity Partner (CNP), the campaign will appear in your CNP Campaigns tab.

Same review rules apply. We’ll catch issues before they get passed upstream 💪.

If We Reject the Campaign

Don’t panic. “Signal House Rejected” means we found something you can fix before getting charged by upstream partners.

Hover over the ❗info icon to see exactly why it was rejected:

Click the campaign > make edits > and hit "Send to Review":

Add a quick message explaining what changed, and we’ll re-review it.

Once approved, you’ll see one of two statuses.

Approved by Signal House

Once approved, one of two things happen:

You Already Assigned a Number?

We’ll send the campaign to our carrier partners (DCAs) immediately. Status changes to “Pending” and a real Campaign ID is assigned.

Campaign is now visible in TCR as Active:

Want to pause it? Click “Deactivate Campaign” in the top-right (⚠️ permanent). Or disable Auto Renew to stop it at the billing cycle end.

2. No Number Assigned Yet?

You’ll see “Signal House Approved,” with a note to assign numbers to submit it upstream.

Assign one or more numbers → Status changes to “Pending” → 🎉 You’re live.

Carrier/DCA Rejection

If our carrier partners reject it, you’ll see “Rejected” with an info icon explaining why:

Just like before:

  1. Open the campaign

  2. Make the required changes

  3. Click “Nudge CNP to Appeal Rejection”

Add a quick explanation and we’ll push it back upstream:

Final Status: APPROVED

Once your campaign’s been reviewed and accepted by DCAs, you’ll see a big Purple Approved status:

That means:

  • Your messaging is compliant

  • Your opt-in flow is approved

  • Your campaign is now active across all major carriers
