Here’s what’s included:
Platform Fees
This section covers Signal House’s core platform-level charges, like per-message costs and phone number rental fees. These are separate from carrier passthroughs and apply across the board.
Campaign Passthrough Fees
We also list campaign type fees set by The Campaign Registry or carriers—these are passthrough fees, meaning Signal House doesn’t charge a markup.

Note: Passthrough = 100% transparency. These are fees we collect and hand directly over to the registry or carrier—no Signal House margin added.
Brand Fees
This includes fees for brand creation, vetting (standard and enhanced), and reverification.
Carrier SMS & MMS Pricing
Easily view per-message rates across carriers like AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and others—for both SMS and MMS. Inbound and outbound rates are clearly separated.
Customized Pricing? You Bet.
If you’ve worked with our Sales team or hit certain volume milestones, your agreed-upon rates and discounts will show up here too. That means no digging through contracts to figure out what you’re actually paying.
