Billing is a core part of dialing in your Signal House account—and we’ve made it easy to manage, monitor, and stay in control of your balance.
To get started, head over to:
Settings → Billing
Here, you’ll be able to:
View & download invoices
Add funds to your account
Set up or edit payment methods
Enable auto-recharge
Manage your billing address
Review payment and usage history
Adding Funds:
Need to top up your balance?
Click “Add Funds”
Choose the amount to add
Select the payment method
Assuming your card clears, the funds will be instantly applied to your balance.
Adding Payment Method:
Want to add or update your card on file?
Click “Add Payment Method”
Enter your card details
(If you’ve already added your billing address, we’ll auto-fill it here!)
Hit “Add Card” to confirm
Note: ACH payments aren’t supported yet, but they’re on the roadmap!
Auto Recharge:
Never worry about running out of balance mid-campaign.
Click “Auto Recharge”
Choose:
When to trigger recharge (e.g., balance drops below $25)
How much to recharge
Which primary card to charge
A backup card in case the first fails
Pro Tip: Set it and forget it! Auto-recharge is a great way to keep your account running without interruptions.
Billing Address:
Need to update your billing details?
Head to the Billing Address section
Fill in your accurate billing info (should match your card)
Once entered, we’ll automatically pull this wherever we need it—no extra typing required
Reviewing Usage & Payment History
Within Billing Settings, you can also:
Download a full record of payments made
View itemized usage for easier reporting or reconciliation
This is your go-to spot for staying on top of spend, reconciling budgets, or prepping for audits.
