Types of Users

When adding a new user to your Signal House portal, you'll be prompted to assign them a role. Each role comes with a different set of permissions, controlling what that user can see, edit, and manage within the account. Here's a breakdown of the four available roles. You can add users under Settings -> Users -> Add User

The Admin User role comes with full permissions. Admins can edit all settings, modify billing information, and purchase numbers. They can also create and submit brands and campaigns, and they have access to developer data. Additionally, Admins can add additional seats of any role, making this the most powerful role in the portal.

The Developer User role can do everything an Admin can do, with one exception: Developer Users cannot edit billing information. They can, however, add additional developer and user seats, giving them strong control over technical access without touching the account's financial settings.

The Billing User role is focused on the financial side of the account. Billing Users can modify billing information, review usage (including cost and amounts), and access the analytics tab. Their ability to add seats is limited — they can only add additional billing and user seats.

The Standard User role is the most limited of the four. Standard Users can filter for analytics and have full analytics permissions. They can view and add numbers, brands, message logs, and campaigns, and they can view usage information. Unlike the other three roles, Standard Users cannot add any additional seats.
